Your key responsibilities

Identify and select Contract Manufacturers/Tollers to ensure capacity, flexibility, and alignment with business needs.

Partner with the innovation team to provide technical input on new product development and execution.

Oversee implementation of new products and processes at Contract Manufacturer/Toller sites.

Manage the startup and phase-out of products or partners within the external manufacturing network.

Serve as the technical liaison between Contract Manufacturing, QA, RA, Supply Chain, R&D, and Brand.

Support contract management, process improvement, and quality audit follow-up in collaboration with Global Procurement and Quality teams **.

You bring

A Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering, Manufacturing or related subject

Requires knowledge of VMS contract manufacturing/tolling landscape in the region

Requires influencing, negotiation/commercial and ability to work (if needed lead) in a multi-disciplinary team.

Minimum 5-8 years' experience in manufacturing/supply chain/tolling/quality or purchasing in the dietary supplement, or related industries

Working knowledge of dietary supplement (or related) quality and regulatory regulations

Ability to travel up to 25%

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $128,700-155,000.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
